Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility depends on service stage, payment proof, staff verification and whether third-party, government or vendor work has already started.

If work has not started and payment is verified, Any Time Property may approve a refund after internal review.

Non-Refundable Stages

If third-party, government, vendor, staff or legal processing work has started, full refunds may not be available.

Partial refunds, if any, will depend on completed work and non-recoverable costs.
